What is Integrative Nutrition Coaching?
Integrative Nutrition is a holistic approach that looks at the whole person beyond just symptoms. It includes other key factors such as lifestyle, environmental, psychological, physiological, and health-related behaviors to reach a balance.
Will I need to change my diet?
Our approach doesn’t necessarily mean nutritional modifications will be necessary. It is also not a coaches domain to recommend a specific diet. We may refer you to a nutritionist or work with you as you work with your own team of medical professionals. If it’s your goal to change your eating behaviors, than that is what we will help you to do.
What do I need a health coach for?
Whether a medical professional directs this or if you are self-motivated to make a profound change, a coach can provide you with a care plan using evidence-based strategies to improve health-related behaviors.
